Fast-track EV charging.
Beyond the grid.

100% off-grid EV-charging carports — solar, wind and battery storage — deployed in weeks anywhere the grid can't reach.

The problem

The grid is the bottleneck

Electric mobility is blocked not by the cars but by the grid. The crisis has shifted from availability of chargers to availability of grid capacity.

12–18 months

Average wait for a new grid connection in Germany.

€20–80k

Cost per grid connection for fast charging.

~66%

Of Germany's territory lacks access to fast charging.

⚖️
And even connected sites aren't safe: under §14a EnWG, German grid operators may throttle charging points at peak hours. Hotels, logistics depots, retail and rural municipalities — the sites that need charging most — often cannot install it at all.
The product

One integrated unit

The battery decouples generation from charging: slow, continuous solar + wind input — genuine 50 kW DC fast sessions on demand.

Solar canopy4.8 kWp

10 × 480 W LONGi panels on a 6.0 × 3.5 m aluminium roof.

Wind turbines2 × 1 kW

Off-the-shelf vertical-axis turbines. Wind peaks in winter — when solar drops.

Battery buffer60 kWh

LFP chemistry. Stores slow generation, releases it as fast charging.

DC fast charging50 kW

18–20 kWh top-up in ~25 minutes — a genuine fast-charge experience.

Ground screws, no concrete. No excavation, minimal permitting — the canopy is not a building under German rules.
2–4 days on-site install. Delivered and standing within weeks — not the grid's 12–18 months.
EMS + booking software. Energy management, payments, weather station, security camera, LED lighting.
How it works

Solar peaks in summer.
Wind peaks in winter.

Together they produce a stable year-round profile — the reason a 100% off-grid charger survives a dark German December.

Solar Wind kWh / day
0 10 20 19.8 kWh/day annual avg JanFebMarAprMayJunJulAugSepOctNovDec

Planning model for central Germany (Berlin latitude, PVGIS-based), 4.8 kWp system. Site-specific simulation before every install. ≈ 7,200 kWh per unit per year.

1
Generate — slowly, all day

Solar + wind feed the system continuously: ~19.8 kWh/day annual average (winter ~16.3, summer ~26.3).

2
Store in the 60 kWh buffer

The LFP battery is the heart of the engineering: it decouples generation speed from charging speed.

3
Charge — genuinely fast

50 kW DC from the buffer: 18–20 kWh in ~25 minutes. For the driver, identical to a grid-connected fast charger.

~1 fast session per day is the design point, not a bug. UnpluxEra targets destination charging — hotels, farms, rural fleets — where one or two cars a day is exactly the need. Revenue doesn't depend on kWh volume: the core is the fixed monthly service fee.

Build a route

Set start and destination — the app plans stops at UnpluxEra stations along the way.

Reserve the kWh you need

Book 10 kWh here, 20 kWh there — the energy is held for your arrival time.

Pay in the app · sell your own energy

Card or in-app payment. On a private (P2P) station, the owner sells energy to neighbours — that revenue is theirs.

Status & traction

Built. Standing. Stated plainly.

The Phase-1 structural canopy is installed and operating at a German pilot site — Hotel Waldeslust, Altenberg.

Not yet integrated — and we say so

Wind, battery and charging are not yet combined into one functioning system. No revenue yet. This round funds exactly that: the first functional MVP.

Market opportunity

A €100bn+ infrastructure gap

Target customers: destination and depot sites where grid fast-charging is unavailable or 12–18 months away — hotels, logistics and fleet depots, retail, rural municipalities and private EV owners.

35M+

EVs projected in the EU by 2030.

€100bn+

Charging-infrastructure capex needed in the next 5 years.

€200M+

Beachhead: DACH region, first 3 years.

Initial focus Germany, then the EU. Figures are company estimates based on public EV-adoption projections.

Business model

We don't sell carports.
We sell revenue streams.

Core model B2B · Revenue share

Hotels, logistics, retail

€0 upfront for the site
  • Free hardware placement — zero cost to the client
  • €850/mo service fee to UnpluxEra
  • 90% of energy revenue to UnpluxEra
  • Recurring, long-term, grows with every unit
B2G · Capital sale

Municipalities

€20,000 per unit
  • Hardware sale — ~€5k margin per unit
  • €850/mo service fee
  • Customer keeps the energy
  • Cheaper than digging up town squares
B2C / P2P · Private owners

Homes & private sites

€20,000 per unit
  • Full hardware sale — one clean price
  • €350/mo service — includes free upgrades to new tech
  • Owner keeps & sells 100% of the energy — that revenue is theirs
  • P2P app: sell energy to neighbours; unit pays back in ~5–7 years

The long-term engine is monthly recurring revenue per unit — hardware margin and energy share are add-ons. Five-year recurring from one B2B unit: ~€65k.

Stage 2 · Separate track

The patent: a sail wind turbine that starts at 0.5 m/s

Beyond the current product, we've filed a patent for a proprietary adaptive-sail VAWT (Klappflügelrotor) — designed to generate in winds where standard turbines do nothing. A separate R&D project with its own funding track.
