2. What we process

  • When you email us or submit a form: your name, email and message — to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
  • Server logs (via our hosting provider): IP address, date/time, browser, pages visited — to operate and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • Cookies: non-essential / analytics cookies are set only with your consent (§ 25 TDDDG). See the cookie banner.

3. Hosting (Tilda)

This website is built and hosted on Tilda. Where data is processed on our behalf, a data-processing agreement (Auftragsverarbeitung) applies. If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are used.

4. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal retention periods, then delete it.

5. Cookies & consent

Where the site uses non-essential cookies or analytics, a consent banner is shown before they load. You can change or withdraw consent at any time.

6. Your rights
